Discovery
Discovery

Through discovery I try to understand the problem space, your users, and business goals. Methods: stakeholder interviews, user interviews, competitor analysis, surveys, analytics reviews. Outputs: user personas, problem statements, research insights.
Define & Plan
Define & Plan

Through research I try to understand the real users goals. I create clear requirements, user journeys, and experience maps, this helps with establishing scope, features, and success metrics. Output: project brief, user flows, information architecture.
Ideation & Conceptualization
Ideation & Conceptualization

Through brainstorming I usually explore multiple design directions. I sketch initial ideas (low-fidelity wireframes, paper sketches, storyboards). It's important to encourage divergent thinking before narrowing down. Output: low-fi wireframes, rough prototypes, moodboards.
Design (Wireframes → UI Design)
Design (Wireframes → UI Design)

At this phase I turn ideas into structured layouts and interfaces. I move from low-fi wireframes to high-fidelity mockups with branding, typography, and colors. While ensuring accessibility and usability are integrated. Output: high-fi mockups, design system components, UI kit.
Prototyping & Testing
Prototyping & Testing

I build interactive prototypes to simulate real world usage. This helps with conducting usability testing with our target audience. I can then Identify friction points, and iterate on flows, while validating design decisions. Output: interactive prototype, usability test reports, iteration notes.
Implementation & Handoff
Implementation & Handoff

I deliver design specifications, redlines, and components via Figma. Collaborate with developers during build, QA, and launch. Output: final design system, developer handoff package, launch-ready UI.
