While working at Fidelity Investments (FMR), I led product design across Stock Plan Services and Transaction History experiences used by enterprise clients. This work spanned core transactional workflows, supporting complex equity-compensation use cases for large organizations.

I applied a hypothesis-driven, analytics-led design process, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research to define success metrics, reduce friction in critical workflows, and improve overall efficiency. The resulting improvements supported key business outcomes while ensuring scalable, compliant solutions within a highly regulated environment.
