At Lizard Labs, I had the opportunity to shape the company’s creative vision from the ground up. My role spanned across design leadership, product strategy, and team building, where I developed a scalable design ecosystem and directed multiple high-impact projects including Web 3 applications, NFT collections, and promotional media. Some of my key contributions are below with some examples: Establishing the Design Foundation

  • Created the Design System: Developed a unified design language that ensured consistency across all products.
  • Team Building: Hired and mentored a multidisciplinary team, including UX/UI designers, 2D artists, and animators.

Lizard Lounge – Flagship Application
